Pretty good - if you're an MMA fan

UFC Undisputed 2010 is a game that was hyped up from the get-go. Playing the game from the viewpoint of a rather dedicated fan, I was able to get into the game quickly. I've played the first UFC Undisputed game, and right away you can see that there have been many improvements. Overall, the game looks much looser and realistic, graphically speaking. This adds to the action and overall presentation... The gameplay is deep, but once you get the basic principles is easy to pick up. Make sure to be patient so you don't get frustrated by losing a few matches because you don't know all the ins and outs of the controls. Career mode is fun, and the AI is pretty balanced depending on what level you set it to. The other modes offer a change-up also depending on what you're looking for, and the multiplayer is a real heavy hitter if you can bring your A-game. Some flaws include too little variety in movements/moves, graphic glitching, lack of really in-depth pre-fight presentation, and repetitive commentary. All of these are pretty fixable, and if you're an MMA fan, this is a must play game that you will really find enjoyable. Non-MMA fans may want to just rent/borrow it to see if it grows on you or not before you buy it. All in all, a solid game and series that really has the potential to turn into something exceptional in the future, barring a few changes.
