UFC Undisputed 2010 is a great fighting game that will also appeal to casual gamers.
I don't own a PS3, but I played UFC Undisputed 2010 on my friends PS3 so much at I couldn't care less if I had one. I'm no UFC fan, but I don't even have to know about the sport to enjoy this game.
If you know a lot about UFC, you will love this game. If you don't know much about UFC like me, you'll still enjoy it. UFC fans will FLIP OUT at the number of fighters and customization options this game has. I always stuck with McSweeny, because his punhes are awesome.
What makes UFC Undisputed 2010 so much fun are it's short but satisfying matches and well schemed controls. Using two analog sticks is awkward and confusing, but otherwise this games controls are great. You get sweep kicks, kneeing, and even knockout blows. You'll have to use a lot of strategy to beat your foes, but it's easy to knock them out. And when you do, a great amount of blood spills. Sometimes their mouth guards are even knocked off! Amazing! This game draws the line between arcade action and realism. The blows are awesome and the detail makes the game even more fun.
The graphics are outstanding. Not only do the players look realistic, but so does the blood and sweat! The music is also kick ass, but the commentary is sparse for such a game.
In the end, UFC Undisputed 2010 is a great fighting game that will also appeal to casual gamers. The season mode is great, the multiplayer is top notch, the stadiums are there, all to please UFC fans. This is one of the PS3's best games, and you'd be pretty dumb to pass this gem by.
