Overwatch’s Mei Joins Heroes Of The Storm

We talk with Brett Crawford and Kaeo Milker from Blizzard to go over Heroes of the Storm's newest update with Mei from Overwatch and their second Nexusmania.

Celebrating its fifth anniversary this year, Blizzard Entertainment's MOBA Heroes of the Storm is still going strong, and the developers already have the next character lined up to join the action. It's been revealed that Mei of Overwatch fame will be making her debut in the MOBA. Just like in Overwatch, the hero scientist wields cryo-based weapons and gadgets to freeze her opponents, use her drone to support her abilities, and even create ice walls to protect her team from attacks.

In this exclusive interview for GameSpot's Play For All, video host Kurt Indovina spoke with Blizzard Entertainment's Brett Crawford and Kaeo Milker about bringing Mei into Heroes of the Storm, and also about how the game has evolved over the last five years. Furthermore, the devs also talk about the return of the fan-favorite event Nexomania, and other Nexus Anomalies added to make the fights more thrilling.
