Nice gameplay, plagued with other issues.

Ok, I am huge rally fan; I just like drifting here and there and enjoy those types of races rather than a close asphalt circuits i.e F1.

I will not be talking about graphics, because my PC system specification cannot play this on max graphic settings, but according to the screenshots I have seen for the Xbox 360, it is not that bad, it is not that great, please remember this is based on screenshots.

Coming to gameplay, the car handles really nice, you will feel difference driving different cars, the way they handle at least. Playing it in my keyboard, the controls feel really responsive.

Now on the bad things, the game is really hard, that if you play it with hard opponents, no breaking help/assistance. If you play it with easy setting it will be like a breeze. Now, if you play the game on hard (like me) some tracks, Jordan for example, are really never forgiving, one slight mistake you will lose really precious time (again if you play it on hard settings). A rewind feature would be really helpful, you will try to fix that corner instead of re-racing the whole event again. Countless times I restarted an event and did it from the beginning. Hopefully they will integrate a rewind feature in future games, as I understood they have the WRC license for 3 years. By the way, I never know what is the difference between the breaking help and breaking assistance.

The co-driver is really helpful, you should really listen to this guy carefully, I found it odd that his comments are off sometimes, not the track direction, but his comment on you performance on sectors. For example, even achieving green sector and first position, his comments would be like a bad sector or bad performance!

Presentation wise, as many has mentioned, it is really poor. More information about rally special stages, weather, track type weather its gravel/mud/whatever would be nice. A shakedown feature would be cool as well.

Those are my main concerns. Generally this is a well good effort into rallying games, nice and solid game playing and sound design, however not a professional and very poor presentation ( come on Black Bean, this is an official license) , really difficult on hard settings.

Mainly recommended for the gameplay.
