New content for Xbox Crimson Skies

Microsoft Game Studios has today announced the release of its first downloadable content for Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. The free Xbox Live download includes a new plane named the Fury and a new multiplayer map called Caverns.

The Fury is described as a lightly armored plane designed specifically for dogfighting, and it's armed with a pair of machine guns on each wing and a secondary rapid-fire machine cannon. The new plane's maneuverability makes it an ideal choice for the new Caverns map according to Microsoft, since the map essentially consists of two bases located in cavernous tunnels joined only by a single, narrow passage.

In addition to offering the free Xbox Live content, Microsoft has today released a Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge skin for the Windows Media Player. The skin can be downloaded for free from the Crimson Skies area of xbox.com.
