Cannot Create Account

Hello again. This is in response to my last post. My brother and I use the same Internet. However, it won't let him create an account. Every time he goes to create an account it says, "Whoops we messed up and couldn't create your account". Any ideas to why there is this problem? He's tried multiple browsers and still no luck for a few days.

I was wondering if you've already posted this in the Bug Reporting & Feedback forum? Mods don't have control over site coding issues such as problems with the actual site, though some of them are very savvy about the current bugs and may be able to offer guidance, but the best place to report this is in the mentioned Bugs forum so that a staff member can assist your brother.

One thing I always see mentioned is ensuring that you clear your cache from your browsers when you're having issues and trying again, but I'm unfamiliar with this bug so I really don't know if this will help.
