Poll Which one is better or which one do you enjoy more and why? (25 votes)

Fallout 4 56%
Skyrim Renastered 44%

So I’ve played both and I enjoyed both but I have only played fallout 4 through once and didn’t nearly spend as much time exploring as I did in fallout 3 or new Vegas. However, I have played Skyrim a hand full of times and I never get around to beating it fully. Let me know your opinion

I've never really been a fan of either series... there's just something about Bethesda Studios games that just doesn't click with me. I've given Skyrim so many chances over the years, but each time I just get really bored with it after a couple of hours.

Fallout 4 is probably the one I've spent the most time with out of their games, but again, I grew bored of it eventually.

@hrt_rulz01: thank you and I guess you can really say that about most games is the situation of just getting bored of it

Fallout 4 is a good enough game, but such a disappointing follow up to New Vegas in terms of rpg stuff and player choice etc. ?

Skyrim is is also more streamlined/dumbed down compared to Oblivion, but to be fair that game had a horrible levelling up system.

I vote for Skyrim.

Skyrim is more of a game for me to play when I'm drunk, tired, or just burnt out. I don't really have to be invested in anything and I can just run around looking at all the scenery.

Fallout 4 is something I play when I'm in a roleplaying mood. Although I honestly hate the dialogue wheel. What happened to player choice? You just end up shoehorned into being the good guy anyway. And I miss SPECIAL checks and the choice to be sassy.

@viper_steele: I agree about the stuff it's missing, although sometimes they do allow for a charisma check during certain dialogues. Overall, I prefer Fallout 4. I really like exploring my environment in these types of games, and Fallout 4 has a ton of neat stuff to stumble upon and collect.

Skyrim is a great game as is Fallout 4.

I didn't finish it either..!!

For me honestly i can't decide, spent ages weighing up pro's con's of each game and decided on Skyrim as that's the one i eventually put most hours into.

Sorry Fallout 4 fans..

It kinda depends on whether you like a buggy mess or rather a buggy mess.

Honestly they are pretty much the same in different settings. I'm not the biggest fan of either. I did play Fallout 4 a few hours more than Skyrim, so I guess FO4?

Skyrim. With all the hours invested, can't be anything otherwise. And I bloody enjoyed the game.

I believe both games are amazing in their own right. I do find myself going back to Skyrim more than I do Fallout. There is something about the story of Skyrim that brings me back each time!

Skyrim. Took me about 300 hours until I stopped. F4 took me about 20. It felt like a really lazy effort and I highly regret buying it.
