Pokemon: Black or White?

Which version are you getting, and please explain why. I'm getting white because it seems everyone else is getting black. I want to have the rarer pokemon. It was the reason I bought pearl because more people bought diamond. And don't switch from black to white because of what I said. Go ahead and buy black. ;)

Anyway, I'm getting Black and the inevitable 3rd version. No real particular reason why I'm getting black, I just choose the color that goes with the protagnoist I'll be playing as; I'm gonna be choosing the guy.

I'm going to get Black for the futuristic feel of the game and because I like the color black, but I do like Zekrom more.

No, no... that's not what I meant at all. I mean that Touya (the guy) is referred to as Black in many other things, such as the Pokemon Special manga. Touka, of course being the female counterpart, is referred to as White in said manga. Kinda like the Gold=Ethan, Diamond=Lucas, Sapphire=May deal.

So the way I go about choosing which version is I pick the protagonist and then pick the version that's most associated with them. So if I wanted to play as Touka, I would be getting White.

I'm getting White. I like the exclusives more and always been fond of the old feel. I am an Anthropology major. Not to mention the wife to be is getting black, so we can duke it out and trade our hearts out.

Technically I will be getting both. My son wants Black so I will be getting White so we can trade exclusives.

I was originally getting white but they said the battles are better in black. I'll be using white as my primary one though.

Plus the Pre-Order bonus at Toys-R-Us is just too hard to resist. Having both Zekrom & Reshiram plastered on my wall?

I'll be getting white, and that's because of the exclusive pokemon Reuniclus and its pre-volutions. Also I think the legendary for White will be more useful and has better aesthetic appeal, for me anyways.

I don't really care about the more exclusive pokemon in White. Once I get a 3DS, I'll just transfer any necessary pokemon from my Gen 4 games to Black. :P

I'm getting white because everyone else want's black. Plus, the legendary on black version has a giant *****(you fill the blank) that i find odd plus (outside of houndoom... ) the exclusives in black are inferior to white... but that's just my opinion.

Actually, judging from this thread's poll, White is the popular one.

hmmm probably black, then again the guy on the cover of white looks cool... You know what I will probably just buy both lol.

I'll be getting white due to it having the White Forest area.

I'm getting Black and the boy is getting White. Neither of us really care because we can just trade to one another. I guess the deciding factor was that I liked the look of Reshiram better than Zekrom lol.
