For me it's maybe every 3 or 4 months usually just blow out some of the dust out with one of those air cleaners nothing major.

Never.

It's pressure-positive. Very little dust makes it in so I just clean the intakes. Honestly, I was shocked last time I opened it to add an SSD. Almost no dust or cat hair inside.

I will clean it when I build a new rig and transition the existing hardware to a server role.

A few times a year. I have dust filters so it's not a big deal. I am getting a little annoyed by the fan noise, though. I have Noctuas but maybe they need to be replaced, they have been spinning for more than 5 years, I think.

Just every 6 months so technically I only clean my PC twice a year. I always keep my master room clean by vacuuming the carpet every weekend and dust my furniture every weekend, so therefore, my PC doesn't really get that much dust and its pressure wise too. (And yes, I also clean my gaming consoles)

I unplugged the fan in the ceiling of my case for the same reason this morning, so now I only have the 200 mm Noctua in front and the 140 mm Noctua in the back. It helped somewhat.

Usually once every summer, but skipped it last year, so I can see some dust buildup on the fan fins.

I have a Pure Base 500 case with 2x140mm in and 2x140mm out, so that might be the cause.

Yeah very rarely for me too. Not much dust builds up in it to be honest. My case is a Meshify S2. I give the filters a clean out once a year maybe: that's about it.
