You will be ok with that 750w. That dude in the video is using a 18 core 36 thread 5ghz OC'ed cpu. Typically even with an i9 10900k system with a rtx 3090 the whole system draws abit above 500w at peak load.

I read something that Ampere card can pull a huge amount of watts for a split second in games and benchmarks which can trip over current protection on psu's and many 750w units can fall foul.

Anyway should be ok?

That's only if your on the edge, For example running a 10900k with two RTX 3090's, the system drew on average 900-950w while gaming, but when running something like a benchmark, it can spike to over 1000w tripping fail safes. Your system has over 200w of head room. You will be fine

I read rumours that Seasonic Tx had problems with that cards. Its ridiciolous. The most expensive model of Seasonic and issues. Read:

https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/j0t2ob/psu_concerns_with_rtx_3090/

"Linus tech tips specifically had a problem with a Seasonic TX-850W tripping its OCP at 50% power draw on the 3090, causing hard resets."

So change that psu for a i dont know COrsaiR?!
