NO RGB on AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler and Cooler Master MF120R ARGB fans don't spin

I have my Amd Wraith Stealth Cooler fan plugged into the CPU fan port on my motherboard. The fan spins but I have no RGB. I downloaded the software and I receive the error "Plug in your CM device to get started".

Cooler Master MF120r A-RGB

I connected my Cooler Master MF120r A-RGB case fans and I have ARGB but the fans do not spin. I downloaded the software and I receive the error "No compatible devices connected".

With both of these issues, I believe I have the connections plugged into the motherboard incorrectly. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds either the connectors doesn't get enough juice so your fans are either spinning or running LED but not both at the same time OR as GirlUSoCrazy mention you might have some MOBO features that turn off / on all LEDs

@brettakins: Dual cable fans, aren't they?

Are you also using port 7 according to the image?
