My pc specs: i5-9600K, RTX 2070 SUPER, 16 GB(8x2GB) RAM 3200Mhz, 2 TB HDD, 256GB SSD.

In all games that I play, I have low fps. Example: In The witcher 3: Wild hunt i have 75 fps and rare fps drops to 50 fps, on ultra settings, but on YouTube, all have 100-120 fps on ultra setting(I mean with my specs).

@dannyability: What resolution are you running at? Also, if you have hairworks on, it will have a large impact on performance.

Hairworks is a setting in the game. Make sure to turn it off to increase FPS.

Hitman 2 does not use hairworks. I have not played the game, but you can always check what may be causing performance issues with MSI Afterburner. See if there is a bottleneck with your CPU or some other issue. Your GPU should be showing full usage as long as you have Vsync off and have not set a frame rate limit. If you are not getting full usage on the GPU, then there is some kind of bottleneck, an optimization issue with the game, or an issue with your GPU drivers which may be fixed by uninstalling them with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and then re-installing them.

@dannyability: Vsync sets the frame rate to the refresh rate of your monitor and prevents screen tearing and the GPU rendering unnecessary frames. It works best when you can keep a steady frame rate the same as your monitor's refresh rate. I recommend using Adaptive Vsync in your Nvidia Control Panel. This setting will disable Vsync when the frame rate drops below your monitor's refresh rate and will prevent stuttering.
