Ps4 party chats disconnecting issue , connection to server lost error NP 43390-9 and NW 31194-8

Hi guys Since 3 weeks ago i been having this party chat issues that after a time kicks me out and sometimes it dosen't even playing online games while in chat too , warzone , the division , nfs heat, everything else is normal i can download anything without issues , my psn is online always , network status is fine always but those party chat and online issues happen often , im always wired (ethernet cable ), i already change the dns in the router to 8.8.8.8 and etc , thet MTU thing also , anyone having the same problem ??

I've had problems with PSN for a few days now. Its been terrible. Now i can't even sign in, yet my internet is fine. Even when i'm scanning it with the PS3/PS4, it says 100% with the one i'm trying to connect too
