What is your favorite Capcom IP?

Resident Evil.

I love Street Fighter, Power Stone, Strider, Darkstalkers, and so on, but Mega Man is my #1. Mega Man 1-10, X1-X5, X8, Zero 1-4, ZX & ZX Advent, Legends 1 & 2 are all excellent games.

No love for Battle Network? I like those games at first but got bored with the 3rd one.
Selling Mega Man Legends 2 for like 15 bucks ages ago is probably my biggest gaming regret. With MML and Tron Bonne(which I never had before and bought on there recently) on PSN now though I imagine it won't be long for MML2.

Do you like the new ones?

I've honestly never played those or the star force games, but from the gameplay videos that I've seen, I don't think I'd enjoy playing them. I'm not very into RPG's, so I'm pretty selective on which ones I give a chance. I love the Misadventures of Tron Bonne though; it's such a hilarious game. I was kind of surprised that Capcom put up Tron Bonne before Legends 2, but yeah, it's probably only a matter of time before it gets re-released too.

@Eikichi-Onizuka Of the new ones, 6 was obviously the weakest, but I did derive enjoyment from it. Taken as a B-movie action game, 5 is fun.

IMO Revelations actually improved upon the original games by making running past enemies to hoard animation (especially in Inferal mod) more difficult by deliberly tightening corridors. Unfortunately the jumping between sequences was sort of annoying, with the side characters weak compared to the main ship.

Revelations 2 lacked infernal mod which was disappointing but was enjoyable and had some creative ideas, such as the invisible fly creatures. The main complaint would be the immensely annoying Moira and the lack of impact from weapons., in the original games you got head splutters of blood with bodies jolting in reaction and even random head pops. In Revelations 2 it's like water hitting a rock.

@Renegade_Fury Misadventures of Tron Bonne was released on PSN before Mega Man Legends as well.

@uninspiredcup I bought Revelations 2 on sale recently but haven't gotten to far into it yet. Moira doesn't get to use guns does she? Not sure how my co-op partner will feel about that.

Voted for Power Stone, but I love Viewtiful Joe about as much.

Okami, Onimusha, Resident Evil and Street Fighter

Street Fighter since it was the first Capcom IP series I played back on SNES, so Street Fighter it is, follow by Megaman X to X series.

Some great series in there, but have gone for Ace Attorney. Would be great to see some more of those games!
