Tried respec my character to dex/arcane build for rivers of blood since im getting tired of pure tank build. Tested it with fire giant and i melted the boss quite easily.

@___gamemaster__: i was struggling with the godskin duo and did the same. didn't want to but i'd just hit a brick wall and could feel my patience running out. respecced for rivers and margotts sword. waltzed through most of the rest of the game. margott's is good if you can get the weapon art off in time but takes ages to charge up like 5 seconds

We are distributing an update to improve the stability of gameplay and to adjust balance.

Major Changes Included in the Latest Update

Additional Elements Added

  • Added an option to turn camera auto rotate function ON/OFF
  • Added some event phases for the NPC “Patches”

Balance adjustments

  • Increased Colossal Swords/Colossal weapons attack speed and lowered their recovery time. Jump attack not included.
  • Increased the two-handed attack damage of Colossal Swords/Colossal Weapons. Jump attack not included.
  • Increased physical block rate and guard boost of the Colossal Sword, Colossal Weapons, Great Sword, Great Hammer, Great Axe, Great Spear, and Halberd weapon classes.
  • Increased the damage of Grafted Blade Greatsword.
  • Increased the damage of Devourer’s Scepter.
  • Decreased the scaling of status effect build-up from spells and incantations of Albinauric Staff and Dragon Communion Seal.
  • Decreased the effect of Greatshield Talisman for weapons with high block rate.
  • Shortened the length of the madness afflicted animation.
  • Lowered the speed of madness buildup recovery.
  • Slightly increased FP and Stamina growth rate at lower levels*

*Players will need to perform any of the following actions for the changes to be reflected. This is required only once. New characters created after this update will not require this action.

  • Fixed a bug in the Steam version where the history of players who played multiplayer was not displayed correctly under certain circumstances.

  • Fixed a bug that caused incorrect sounds to be played under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some places on the map to have incorrect visual and hitbox.

Goty Kirby didn’t need any patches. Nintendo is god tier.

Seriously? This game with its broken summons can EASILY be the easiest, and people are still crying about an Easy mode lmao. I gotta watch this, tho had no idea Jim is bitching (his comments section must be spicy af lmao) about the game.

@Macutchi: bleed damage when properly optimized is busted together with mimic. Sometimes im not even aware that boss died already lol.

@___gamemaster__: To be fair, it's pretty difficult to actually find the mimic.

I don't think I discovered it until quite late in the game - maybe around the Fire Giant? And at that point my HP was too low to actually summon it, so I don't think I used it in any boss fights.
