@Pedro: this is the thing. You have to vote with your wallet. If you keep buying Sony’s recycled crap, they’ll keep feeding you trash, because you told them it was fine. You don’t need TLOU3, you don’t need Factions, what you need is TLOU1 remake and TLOU2 remastered. Just play those for a few more years till we get around to doing something new.
Nintendo did this the entire Switch life cycle but no one bought them on Wii U so they got a pass.
This "vote with your wallet" is a shallow strategy. I have not purchased a single remaster from Sony. Did that make a difference? The masses dictate gaming and will always control the direction of gaming.

People are either a.) such rabid fanboys they will buy multiple copies of the same game over multiple versions of a console brand, b.) they lack the discipline or suffer from FOMO too much to not buy it, or c.) there is no formal "boycott" attempt to organize people.
I think there is a combination of a. and b. that keeps Sony (and other companies, to be fair) motivated to keep rehashing the same shit over and over again.
Overall I guess it's the same difference, though; people do not and will not vote with their wallets over something that's within their price range and is a hobby.
It's just lame, I think something like this should be offered as a free update for game owners.

There's nothing to learn from Maroxad. Its a lost cause, and a hater on every single game i like. He is trolling me for a few years now, and its beyond infuriating.
If it makes you feel better. I upgraded my CPU and motherboard as well. I have upgraded everything now save for the GPU.
All this is for work related purposes though. CAD and some other activities my computer does requires a lot of RAM. Faster computational speed also improves my productivity.

Wasn't interested until learning about the $10 upgrade and additional content. Not bad.
Now, Sony, please announce/show new games coming in 2024.
Why announce new games when people will accept and buy this? They will defend it as a $10 upgrade instead of complaining there is no new game even announced from Naughty Dog after the release of this game in June 2020.
Insomniac has put out Miles Morales, Spiderman Remastered, Ratchet and Clank A Rift Apart, and Spiderman 2 while announing Wolverine for 2025.
Naughty Dog has given us Last of Us Part II PS4, Last of US Part I Remake, and Last of Us Part II Remastered in the same time. Before that they released Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection.
It looks like my favorite Sony developer is a thing of the past and if they are not, they need to prove themselves because their current output is atrocious. Remakes and remasters for 3 years.

Jesus Christ I don't believe it. We literally got TLOU2 remastered before Bloodborne.
Bloodborne is a blurry sub 1080p, no AA, sub 30 fps PS4 game with PS3 graphics lol. Its the most remasterable (that's a word) PS4 game out there. There isn't a single game on the planet more requested to get a remaster...
And Sony remasters a game which is already in 1440p at 60fps with stunning graphics. TLOU2 is still graphically superior to many 2023 games.
And the PS5 just doesn't have the raw power to run this game in 4K/60. Nor can it do 1440p/120. It doesn't have the juice to add a full RTGI to it either. Not without trimming down to 30 fps or less.
Naughty dog is just straight up trash for this, this is pathetic.

Not really. They're just giving their fans what they want.
A huge piece of information that tons of people gloss over is the fact that both games originally released within 6 months of a brand new PlayStation console. Upgrading, porting, remastering or whatever you want to call it makes a ton of sense.
People complain about what is being done but, don't think about where we would be if it wasn't done.
Ex. Imagine the PS3 version of TLOU P1 being the only way to play the game in 2023.
It would have sucked.
We will most likely now have both games on a current gen console *AND*, PC by the end of next year.
Heck, I'd go a step further and say the games will now forever be preserved since it's on PC. That's a very good thing.

Yeah, it won't be on sale anymore. I noticed it is not included in the Black Friday sale Sony has going right now.
