It looks like Quantic Dream’s games are jumping beyond Sony’s consoles. In a partnership with Epic Games, Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, and Detroit: Become Human are all coming to PC and will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. These ports will be available at an undetermined time for an unknown price later this year

1 year exclusive on Epic Store. Later they will appear maybe on Steam.

Seems like a waste as we all know PC-gamers don't like movie games.

I'm a PC gamer and I already played Detroit but I have no desire to double-dip on PC though, so this is a skip cause I already know the outcomes as I played it several times anyways. David Cage games are a hit or a miss but I doubt PC gamers will jump-in and play his games though.

Now if we can get Horizon on PC, that be a shocker for me as it's still my favorite PS4 exclusive game.

If HZD comes to PC I will buy it again.

Still waiting on RDR2 to be released on PC.

Hopefully we won't have to wait long for RDR2 PC version but Rockstars/Take-Two sure trying to squeeze more money on the consoles before announcing PC.

Sony did not renew their contract, there was a legal case surrounding quantic or cage. This happened a while ago.

Nice, I kind of wanted to try Detroit. Heavy Rain was kind of crap, and never played Beyond, so I don't really expect much of Cage's writing prowess. The premise was interesting, even though it did seem to be a rip-off of Bladerunner.

David Cage games aren't exactly anything to write home about.

While I'm not interested in David Cage's emotional experiences, I will celebrate any exclusive going to other platforms.

I'm a cow and if you're minimaly aware of my posting history you would know I've always criticized Cage's games in the past. Never had any problem in saying they're pretentious cr4p and a waste of sony's resources

Self-publishing? Part of me wonders if Sony gave the go-ahead since their MO usually entails retaining rights to the IP, but I’m not versed on the ownership of Heavy Rain, Detroit, or Beyond.

When did this whole mentality of requiring trophies or achievements to simply play games come around? Do people like this even enjoy any games? They sound like they are completely OCD and just play games to get the little gold trophy.

@DragonfireXZ95: I like the extra drive it gives to achieve harder aspects of games. It's definitely not the be-all-end-all, but it's a nice nod.

Horizon on PC and I'll gladly buy that. One of my favorite games this generation. As for David Cage games...not a fan of his style of games; Heavy Rain was interesting but that was about it. I'll skip these when they hit PC. Especially it being on Epic...yuck!

@DragonfireXZ95: Have any of you guys even played any Quantic Dreams games?!? If you have then maybe you'd know why I'd think having trophies with them is worth having over not having.

Maybe people might play 1 time and enjoy their story. For those people who want to go through every scenario, the type of chasing that one would do with trophies, is a lot like chasing every scenario in their games. If you gonna do 1 you might as well do the other. Of course, PS4 people are way more into them and don't feel PC people care as much for their achievements

Also, what rock do you guys live under, it isn't just these games, but those who want to experience everything a game offers, achievements are developer created guidelines, it isn't like last gen where it was bullshit and constant trolling. Trophies these days tell their own story, when you get the Platinum, you know you did everything the developer wanted you to do.

There is definitely a trend of being a completionist that isn't just trophy hunting, and is just another thing people like to do like Speed Running, but opposite.
