I will be continuing my playthrough of Stellar Blade! Have about 8 hours into it. The combat is fun and satisfying, other parts aren't as good. The side quests for the most part have been boring so far. Also, there are platforming sections but they feel awkward (so far). But overall, enjoying my time with the game. How about, you SW? What are you playing this weekend?

Just Diablo 4. It's one of my favourite RPGs of all time. I'm playing as a dagger-wielding rogue (I don't use bows or crossbows). After I finish the post-game content, I will go through it again (probably as a druid).

Hopefully I'll be done with Stellar Blade this weekend so I'll be focusing on that so I can get started playing something else. But yeah, I got nothing newer games to worry about, so I'll take a look at my game steam collection and see what needs to be play.

Steam deck opens you up to some amazing games for very cheap. I've been intrigued for years. Never really knew even what the game was about other than had all these mini games and city vibes.... Turns out it's a really unique experience.... Like it waaaay more than persona which for me gets way too busy as it goes on... I lose interest. Yakuza? Awesome.

What do you reckon I play next?

The latest one is really good (Infinite Wealth). Put 40 hours into it before I switched to FF7, but I will go back soon. But if you want to stick to the earlier games, Yakuza 0 is for sure one of the best entries. Also, the earlier games are brawlers while the last two are turn based RPGs. But they did a good job with the new direction, especially the new one.

Going to button up Ronin (8/10), get further into 2D SoulsVania The last Faith (7/10), and relax with some Dave The Diver (8/10). When I need a break from those, gonna play some Brotato (8/10).

A pretty solid gaming weekend.

It is reminiscent of old school adventure games. However, it is not for the gamer who is looking for gameplay focused game.😂

Still on my second play-through of Horizon Forbidden West.

But man... ...this April 30th-May 1st junction has been super awkward. First, Creative Assembly released Thrones of Decay DLC and patch 5.0 for Total War: Warhammer III, which not only included the Elspeth vs Tamurkhan matchup I've been hyping for years, but also - finally - a fix for the bug that's been ruining my beloved Sisters of Twilight since patch 4.1 back in November. Five months, CA, five bloody months it took you to fix this.

Then, about 24 hours later, Digital Extremes launched Protea Prime for Warframe, an improved version of one of my "Main Six" frames which I've also been looking forward to for years. And I'm not even mentioning the jam-packed gaming schedule that lie ahead of me for months to come.

For now, I'm sticking to my plan with Warframe; log in to cash in my Standing reserves, but I won't be farming and cracking relics until I finish HFW. As for Warhammer III... ...that's going to have to wait until who knows when. Keeping my focus on HFW for now, but argh, having three different games I love demand my attention simultaneously is making me feel pulled in three directions. Downside of having a varied taste in video games.

I also purchased Like a Dragon because I heard it's accessible and the turn base combat is well done. Be interesting to see if it maintains my interest. Usually turn based games feel really great to me until they don't.... Lol

That's ok, I'll be playing Helldivers for a long long time, hehe ^^

I played some Wrath during Early Access and played through the tutorial.

It feels pretty great, like it feels retro and modern at the same time.

On one hand it runs on the oldest 3D engine known to man, but then there's a lot of feedback when you shoot enemies like their limbs and heads flying off, it's pretty great.

Didn't even know you could do that :0. What is your main attack skill?

My favourite are rogue and druid too. Played as Druid in the open beta and got pretty far. Once I got the full game though I made a nice rogue character.

As soon as I see an enemy walking towards me. I use 'puncture' to throw daggers from afar. Once an enemy comes close, I use 'Twisting blades' to do a ton of damage. If I'm being attacked by multiple enemies at the same time, I use 'Flurry' to hit more than one enemy at the same time.

How's your mana management, seeing as how the regular arrow/crossbow bolt don't cost any mana, but your attacks do?

Fallout 3 and some Shogun Total War I think. Mostly focused on Fallout 3.

F3 holds up pretty well i think. I only played up to Rivet city when I originally played the game. Then kinda bounced off it. So I have basically caught up to where I was when the game originally came out. I don't know how far i am in the game though.

I don't think i'll jump straight to NV and 4. After 3 I'll take a break and move onto something else completely. Hi -Fi Rush maybe.

I'll need to think of something more demanding to play though. My GPU is seriously slacking off :P.

i was on ultimate but downgraded because i don't use the online bit, i didn't realise they withheld games if you did. it's asking me for £32 or upgrade to ultimate to play jedi survivor👎

I am pretty hooked on Indivisible, Persona 3 Reload and High on Life right now. I am also looking forward to playing the new Star Wars game, but since it is a 130 gb download and my internet is slower than a PS1 disc drive, it might take more than this weekend before I can play it.

I believe that most EA games are only available on Gamepass Ultimate. I have Ultimate and I believe it is worth the higher price. But I also use it occasionally for online gaming.

@R4gn4r0k: Well, puncture doesn't cost any mana. You can throw daggers as much as you want. If you spend points on puncture, you can throw three at a time. If I'm low on mana, I just repeatedly use puncture or dodge [with the B button] until the mana regenerates. It doesn't take long to regenerate, so it's not like I'm ever screwed.
