I think the Vita will go down as one of the most underrated systems ever created. The sheer amount of games I have on my system available for me to play on the go is outstanding. I recently got a 64gb memory card and feel like I've unlocked Vita's true potential now that most of my library is digital. Just looking at my Vita screen I have Vita games like Killzone Mercenary, Gravity Rush, LBP, Tearaway, Uncharted, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Soul Sacrifice, and Freedom Wars. Looking at my PS1 classics, I have games like Mega Man X4, Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross, Legend of Dragoon, Alundra, and Suikoen. PSP games I have MGS Peace Walker, Lunar Silver Star, Tactics Ogre, and many more I can purchase if I want to like FF Dissidia, Jak, Siphon Filter. Then there's indies like OlliOlli, Velocity 2x, Hotline Miami 2, Hell Divers, Rogue legacy. The Vita has also become home to the visual novel with games like Danganronpa, The Walking Dead, Steins; Gate, and the upcoming Zero Escape 3. Not to mention multiplats like Rayman Legends, Dragon's Crown, Final Fantasy X, MGS HD Collection, Child of Light and more. Also don't forget PS Now and remote play. Then there's upcoming games like Persona 4 Dancing All Night and Severed. There's also the shared library that Vita benefits from by being PS4's sidekick.
So my answer is yes, I think the system will be revered in due time. Especially when it becomes cheap and more people get their hands on it. What do you think, SW? Will Vita be appreciated in the history books?
