Do you like games? Is it better or worse for consumers that more games will now be available across more platforms? Do you feel the need to justify what plastic box is attached to your TV?

SWs is garbo and has always been garbo, as it is based upon applauding inherently anti-consumer practices.

We need to evolve to a pc model for console h/w and let whatever manufacturers build whatever low, medium, or high spec plastic boxes they want from the pc parts bin. And then eventually we will all go cloud.

Consumers should not have to acquire multiple plastic boxes to play all the games. Period.

Not fussed with any of those games but will try Hi Fi Rush when it becomes a PS Plus game.

A pretty daring move to make, taking away one of the main reasons to own one console over the other, but I think MS know theyve always got the PC platform as a safety net incase a decision they make kills their future in console hardware.

@pelvist: not really daring imo. They don't need the console brand to make money, as you said: PC, switch, and PlayStation, which have a much bigger base than Xbox, are alternatives. It's a business move that's got great potential for revenue and profits, but it has a drastic effect on the fanboys as you are witnessing on this forum.

They want more sales period. You can see signs that their marketing is changing to reflect this as well -- they just want you to buy games and services from them.

Maybe I'll end up being wrong, but I still think Elder Scrolls 6 will be coming toPlaystation at some point. That would literally be leaving boatloads of cash on the table, and I don't think MS will be able to resist, but I guess we shall see. Either way I'll be playing the game even if it winds up being even more watered down than Skyrim.

Sony leaves boat loads of cash on the table by having exclusives too. Probably why they have record low profits and lower than Xbox.

Rumors don't count when it comes to PlayStation, but they count when it comes to Xbox? Who made those rules?
