The loonies really are running the asylum.
With Arkham mostly destroyed a section of Gotham City is walled off and the prisoners are left to fend for themselves (kinda like a couple of Snake Plissken movies) while Doctor Strange is allowed to go nuts as the head ... Read Full Review
