So I can't decide, does this game have some promotion I didn't see where you get free legendaries? At least half of the people I play online (rated low, like in the 1400s) have MULTIPLE legendary pokemon, such as Palkia, Legendary Birds, Mewtwo, and Yvetal. I understand you can pay for packs, but statistically, the odds of everyone either getting <b>THAT </b> lucky, or being willing to spend $1000s of dollars is fairly slim.

Does anyone have insight into this?
