Finally some people are learning... drm is trash and only hurts legit gamers. I tried to play my legit personally and legally retail purchased copy of medieval 2 total war ive owned for years and now the crappy drm tells me my game is a backup copy. Thanks drm! In case your wondering no the game will not work thinking its a backup copy.

My 2 cents: I think it is pointless to compare ports. I mean, seriously, how much effort do people think developers are putting into differentiating 2 identical games? Seems to me they will make the game up to the standards of the weaker system, then simply "make it work" on the other system. Basically what I'm saying I guess is that the developers aren't trying to compete with themselves, probably don't care which system is better, and it saves them time and money to code the game one way. I know its a lot harder to do, but if you are going to do graphics comparisons it's probably better to do it with exclusives, because the developer will actually use the system as much as they can, if graphics is their goal. To this end, I still look at MGS4 and go "damn that's beautiful". Can't say I've seen an 360 game compare.

vibration really -isn't- important. Most people that have played the PS3 with me, even long time xbox players, don't even notice the lack of vibration until i point it out. Sure it's nice, and I'd rather have it than not, but this is made out to be way to big of a deal.
