They should launch early November at the latest. I'd love to see it hit $199, but $250 seems more realistic, depending on what all is packaged in with the system.
The "death" of E3 may be a blessing in disguise. Just because there aren't big flashy fancy shiny displays anymore doesn't mean there can't be lots of juicy info bits on all the latest games. Isn't that what is important? Maybe the lucky few who get to attend every year will be bummed but me personally I could care less if there aren't booth babes and big flashy screens and such, I was never there in the first place. And neither were most of you.
