Recently DOOM and the Spyro games. There's a ton, though. Burnout 3 is still better than most racing games, amazingly.

As for which game do I like better? Red Dead. I couldn't finish GTAV. That game has so many boring missions. The plot isn't compelling, either.

Neither myself nor anyone I know has had any issues with it, and they are responding to the latest problems. I think it's probably fine.

Honestly, I don't buy stuff on Steam anymore. Humble Bundles exist. Green Man Gaming exists. G2A exists. They usually have better prices and you get Steam codes.
