I'm probably gonna be human or Sylvari. I was an elementalist in GW1, so thats probably going to be my first class. I also like how thief and engineer look.
Mine sometimes freezes trying to get on MW3 online. Also, if you play Skyrim on PS3, theres a huge issue if you try to go underwater it freezes, everytime. I always gave the PS3 Skyrim the benefit of the doubt, but something like that is game-breaking and unacceptable.
Granted these are the game issues, not the PS3 itself, but these are my common PS3 freezing issues.
I also notice if you try to go online in MW3 after using Netflix, it's more likely to happen. But thats my experience.
This is a slow year for gaming in general. I'm only getting Assassins Creed 3 and Guild Wars 2 (which should occupy plenty of time regardless), this year.
Who in their right mind would by Skyrim on PS3, unless it's the only system they have?

I bought Skyrim on PS3 at launch, but then I got a PC that runs it fairly well. It's good to hear that they're aware of the problems PS3 had and aren't releasing Dawnguard until they know its ready.
I can't say for Ghost Recon, but Dragons Dogma is pretty good in terms of presentation and gameplay. The graphics, voice-acting and story are lacking. The large scale monsters like the dragons and ogres are very good though. So in a way it feels unbalanced, visually amazing monsters, but once you're in the city, the NPCs are very dull and uninteresting (and look like ass). I like the Pawn System, but as someone already said, they're dumb as hell in combat and tend to be annoying. Backtracking on the first playthrough is annoying, but on New Game+ you have access to more teleport crystals to place around the world.
The game is all about the amazing, immersive combat and the large monsters you battle.
