@GoIrish80: no. what's sad is that the only consumer gamer friendly things that they've done in the past 3 years have been things Sony's been doing since the beginning. Thank Sony for anything and everything that M$ has "done for you". lol

@MateykoSlam yeah. Dark Souls, a game I can appreciate for existing, but nothing I would ever or could ever play as an adult. I almost through my dualshock 3 at my 4 thousand dollar tv just a few hours into that game.

On average, Gamespot grades 5.4 points lower than other critics. (0-100 point scale)

Always have to remember this when coming to this once great site, so many years ago.

2013's Game of the Year, The Last of Us, got an 8.0 here.

@bunchanumbers @Mickael @XeVile That may be true with all these games. But we have to assume that anyone with a PS3 played it, and anyone that doesn't have a PS3 wouldn't vote for it due to fan boy loyalties. who knows.

@XeVile @Mickael Watching TLOU certainly shows how good it looks and sounds but it wasn't until I let my friend borrow my copy (after she watched me play the first 20 minutes with no tell tale signs that she liked it) and she was moved to tears. There's a big difference between actually playing as the characters and just watching it.

@XeVile You are PC only after saying that you don't think TLOU deserves to win. Unbelievable. There's a reason why people are voting for it. They actually played it!
