I liked both movies but in a surprise twist I like part 1 more.

Very rarely do I buy a game day one. I usually waits for discount so I vote with my wallet.

One thing I would like to mention folks is there are a ton of campaigns for Thief 1 and 2 via fan missions. The latest one is called The Black Parade which is basically a spiritual sequel with a different character that we deserved and it 100% completely free if you own the games which you can get cheap on gog.com for pennies on the dollar.

The former Thief deserves a new game that does it justice. Thief 2014 was not what we expected and the movement was not there. It was an ok game but not what Thief is capable of.

Deus Ex we know the story, an unfinished game split in two halves, the devs and publisher shot themselves in the foot with this one and the pre-order debacle. We deserve a proper Deus Ex game I wonder if anyone will buy the rights to each of these games or the Studio. Embracer seems to want to unload developers so we'll see!

Make sure you when you select the campaign you don't click to delete the files of the campaign. There's a weird prompt in Call of Duty games that does this so that might have messed you up you actually have to back out of the message and proceed to access the campaign without deleting local files since the game wants you to save hard drive space.

Also make sure you download everything.

That's kinda harsh to generalize like that gamers do care, at least some of us. I want developers to have good work-life balance. I applaud delays that give developers more time to polish their game and fix bugs. I don't like crunch for more than 2 weeks, and I don't want developers to suffer.

The animations and modeling and textures in the game are incredible. As is the voice acting and story. Gameplay as well.

Online multiplayer. It is a vast network of servers and constant upkeep for the companies. It wasn't like this in the 90s. Back then servers were available but not as much as now.
