I think that the people who work for Nintendo will develop Super Mario Galaxy 3 in the future for the Wii U and maybe even Super Mario Sunshine 2 because they already know that those are some of their best games ever made and they tend to listen to their fan base. I was actually disappointed that Super Mario 3D Land didn't have any multiplayer, so Super Mario 3D World makes up for it. Plus, all of the playable characters (Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad) have the same abilities from Super Mario Bros. 2 (the American Doki Doki Panic version). The workers at Nintendo tend to go into different routes such as developing 2D and 3D Mario plat formers, so they still have a chance of developing Super Mario Galaxy 3 and Super Mario Sunshine 2 for the Wii U. :)

@Turico187 I sometimes buy games when GameSpot gives them a 6 or a 6.5 because I might still be interested with the overall ideas/creativity. I also don't just read GameSpot reviews because I look at IGN, GameTrailers, and Game Planet. I personally wouldn't buy a game if the overall Metacritic score says generally unfavorable because it means that it the game is pretty bad. If I were you, I would also look at the Metacritic score to determine if a game is right for you, not just GameSpot. Remember that GameSpot is generally strict on their ratings and scores most Nintendo games lower than IGN if you haven't noticed it yet.

@tyrant002 I can understand your point of view because I was at first shocked to see Carolyn Petit give Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon a 6.5. I thought that the game would at least receive a 7 or a 7.5 because GameSpot gave the original Luigi's Mansion a 7.9. GameSpot is pretty strict on their ratings and they score most Nintendo games lower than IGN with very few exceptions.

Wow. A lot of player reviews are giving Mario Tennis Open a 7.5 when I gave it a 7.0 out of 10. I'm kind of surprised that Gamespot gave this game a 5.5. I don't think that this game is mediocre overall, but the single player modes get boring after a while and the online modes lag on me sometimes. I still like this game way better than Mario Power Tennis because that game doesn't have that many features and modes.
