So I was recently going to get a Gaming laptop for College but I decided it would be more feasible if I just bought a Desktop for my Apartment and cheapo Netbook to carry around campus instead of fusing the two.

All I really need is the tower I have a couple High End Monitors lying around already that I use with my PS3.

Ive been looking at different sites but I can't find a good one that has prebuilt custom game towers other then ebay but that feels sketchy, and I know you PC guros know tons or could just direct me to the best buy Id hoped I could get a High End Tower for about 800 that I wouldnt have to upgrade for a couple years.
I appreciate the help and is it smarter to just stick with Windows 7 Ive fiddled with windows 8 at my friends and it just feels weird like a tablet OS or something. 

I'll Never understand why people are so judgmental of tattoos some people give them a bad name but otherwise most people like myself with tattoos are contributing members of society, Mine can be covered up and I plan on getting alot more but none visisible while in a suit, I only have 2 now but I'm just 19, Some tattoos do piss me off particularly Generic ones if your going to get one make sure it means something to you and isn't just a couple stars on your arm or little angel wings on your back what are you five?

So Ive been looking into getting a new Laptop to replace my POS Acer Netbook since Im starting up College after taking a year off after High School to figure out my life and make some money, But I havint touched gaming on the PC since Battlefield 2 Was Released and I was in the 7th Grade(or something like that) so im pretty much starting up new at this whole PC thing after years on the Playstation and could use some serious advice.

I guess Id be willing to shell out some serious cash for what I want 800 to 1.3k or a little more if its really worth it. Ive heard your basically paying for the name with Alienware and so Im pretty lost on what exactly to get or even look for. I want something that can Push Battlefield 3/4 to its limits while also not catching fire as I Play Civilization V into the hours of the night plus hold my huge music library and fulfill all my University needs.

What exactly is the life span on these things is another question will the Computer I buy now still be able to keep up with games 3 or 4 years from now and Are the Laptops Upgradeable like Desktops?
