Full specs would probably be needed, since your video card cannot run the game by itself.

It was running fine for me with a GTX 560 Ti, your 460 isn't as good.

It would have been helpful for you to play the open beta so you could see how your machine worked out.

64 for PC.

I think for console it will only be 24, unless you are on one of the new consoles then it will be 64.

You can basically use the open beta to check.

What you will have to do is play around with your video settings, lower resolution, lower video quality.  Usually you want to make the shadows low quality first since they offer little benefit in comparison to the resources they use.

My computer meets the recommended requirement except it comes up a little short on video, so I'll have to play with my settings to see if I can come to a compromise.

You make more money by investing in referals which is what I do with my earnings. Referals are either directly recruited or rented. Rented referals can be recycled if they become inactive.
