@nikolistary: It's literally five years old. Just add five to September 2013, you'll end up in Sept. 2018, five years.

Almost four years later, really? Why not four months later?

Both RT and Metacritic has this at around 50%. So it really depends on how tolerable you are on feature-length b-movie serials. I gave it a C Plus. It's better than the boring "Assassin's Creed" and tons better than "Max Payne", "Doom", "Mortal Kombat" and "Super Mario Bros". I haven't seen the Jolie movies in awhile, but this one is certainly better than the first "Tomb Raider".

Only 2 hours and 36 min? Wasn't that the same time as Watchmen or The Last Jedi? I think Blade Runner 2049 was longer. I saw that on the IMAX without restroom breaks.

I'd give it a 6. It's simply ok. I've played worse games before, played a lot better ones too.

@johndmgs: that's funny given the fact that MGS is suppose to be a stealth series. Gears of War 2 was actually the better 3rd person shooter that year.

I honestly just finished MGS IV a few weeks ago. Initially, I bought it on launch and was very excited. But then I realized it was going to be a chore to beat since every other cutscene seemed to last an hour. I got bored of it and could never bring myself to play it all the way through. After I finished it, I still understand why I didn't want to. It was such a disappointment just like GTA IV. To be fair, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5, but it just wasn't what I wanted in an MGS game.
