1. with 500$ u can buy a very nice pc. this pc can run games on very high graphic setting & 1080 resolution with 60fps or more. it also can run games on 4k with high or medium setting ( just like xbox one x depend on games.) for example this system: ( when xbox one x is releasing. new 500$ pc will release in youtube . so dont worry )

2.with a 500$ pc. u can run games from last generations. u can run games from other consoles either. like xbox 360 or xbox or play station 1 2 3 or gamecube or dream cast or nintendo or gameboy & .....

4. u can see difference beetween 4k games & 1080 games on youtube. difference is very cheap. ppl are enjoying games on xbox one with 900p or 720p resolution & on ps4 with 1080p resolution for years so it mean if a game is enjoyable? it will give u fun enough with low resolution. but if a game is sux? 4k or 100k cant make it fun for u + some games have low graphic but they super fun. like undertale or stardew valley or ....
