update. it has uploaded the head sentence but the link is broken when i click on review.

Hi,

i tried uploading a review of me3 but i keep getting an error message when i press submit - page 404 not found, we're sorry but we are unable to find the page you requested. i used ccleaner to clear the cache but to no avail. anyone have any ideas as to what it may be? thanks in advance.
