I have this great idea to put out there for game devs. "Stop trying to turn all of your games into dark souls. Here's a tip for the critics. Not all games are going to be dark souls." If it ain't broke, don't fix it! It makes me so mad that a game that looks like this is taking some critical beatings. It's so very sad IMO.
MVC: Infinite reminds me of an amalgamation of MVC 1 and 2. Instead of 3 on 3, players fight 2 on 2 like in the original. The gameplay is more reminiscent of MVC 2 and still brings new gameplay to the table. My personal hang up on the game is not necessarily with the game itself, but with how the disputes between Marvel and Fox have permanently affected the roster. No Deadpool, no X-Men, no Mutants what-so-ever and no characters from Fantastic 4 which were present in previous installments such as Dr. Doom. There's my rant about that.
The best of the series will always be MVC 2 hands down. I don't know what people were expecting from this game. I was not expecting another game after Ultimate MVC 3. That failed me in gameplay after I had been exposed to MVC 2 for so long. If all you are expecting is more of UMVC 3, then go play UMVC 3. There is nothing for you here. If you have an open mind and welcome back something old and welcome something new all at the same time, give this game a chance.
Let's see if gamers can round up a better review since about 60% of things I have read and heard complain about how Reviewers and critics are paid to give "Crap games" positive reception. Is that true or are gamers angry because something about MVC: Infinite did not go the way they want?
I don't watch much of the mod videos, and really don't know much about modding in general. That aside, Is there any-such-thing as a lightsaber mod for skyrim, where you can use a lightsaber as a weapon?
I just want to be able to download my games on ps4! 'nuff said! I really don't have much to say about any of this. Just let me download my digital games and content onto my ps4!
Integrated backwards compatibility would've fixed that issue right off the bat! But, it is what it is!
Why are you responding to me with a hint of aggression, when i am expressing myself honestly. I mean no harm to you or anyone else. my post was more of an indirect way to addressing an ongoing argument, by simply demonstrating that if I don't like a review then i do not have to agree with it. There are other sites reviewing the game, not all bad reviews, but not all good. It's just like with anyother game out there. And I was also just saying that I don't believe that getting bent out of shape over it was going to change anything. Laxst thing I am going to sayis.... Respectfully, if you wish to continue to argue with everyone that's cool with me. But please don't drag me into it all, because you don't like my post. that's all.
I absolutely love this game. I would hate to think that I wasted money on a poor game. If what the reviewer sees in the entire game as a package isn't to his specifications, thne it should be "whatever" to him. Though, I wonder, if enough people dislike his reviews, does that really mean he'll change? When enough people don't like a game released by a company that usually produces quality products, does the company take notice, make a formal apology to the fans, recall the game and make it better? Would they put it back on the shelves with a guarantee that EVERYONE will love it? It is very unlikely!!
I gotta be honest here! I am keeping this game and squeezing every last drop of enjoyment from it that I possibly can. If I don't like a review for this game ( AND I DON'T) then I don't have to come here anymore. I agree with gameinformer on this one.
Honestly I can't tell the difference between Ps3 and X360 graphics, But I can certainly tell the difference in comparison to PC. PC seems to look better. Just my point of view.
