There is nothing wrong with it. It helps immersion. People have sex IRL, right? Maybe you should just ban all kind of sex, or advertisement on the streets (naked guy/ladie in underwear).

In other kinds of media, everything is allowed. Why when it comes to videogame, it is suddenly a big deal?
