One of mine not on the list, and I know GS disagrees with me: Gauntlet Legends. Some of the best multiplayer co-op fun I ever had. In one of my top five. Other than that, a lot of my other faves are on this list.
Their parent company owns Bayonetta, despite Nintendo publishing the later two games. And 2 is now a million seller on Switch, making that (if you don't put Rare's N64 work into the equation) the best selling Mature rated game published by Nintendo (surpassing Eternal Darkness, which was hyped as the "first Nintendo game with an M rating").
What is the point of this article? I thought journos were supposed be past crap like this? OH WAIT! They did this for years (remembers the many anti-GameCube and anti-Wii U articles, the former of which killed Nintendo's chances at "real hardware" PERMANENTLY, and now try to hide like a certain trilogy of Star Wars movies).
If only Nintendo would put out hardware that wasn't constantly 2-3 generations minimum behind everyone else so third party accessories weren't needed to upscale.
I was sadly disappointed that we didn't get a Switch Pro but only a Switch OLED. More waiting for decent hardware for me.
You know why? The last time they did? The GameCube BOMBED! And no amount of Star Wars prequel-esque revisionist history is gonna change that.
@ironhorse89: Exactly. Plus, The People vs George Lucas existed (I love Neil Gaiman, but why did he take part in that?) and both Hayden Christensen AND especially Ewan McGregor noted the films weren't well received.
