Not allowed to flag anymore?

After a recent ban I've noticed that the flag button at the bottom doesn't work. It gives me the error "oops, something went wrong, we're working on it!" response. Is being unable to flag another's post a consequence of being banned, or is this a functionality problem?

Reason I ask is this only began happening after my ban.

@MirkoS77: Hello. No, after your ban has ended you should be able to flag as normal. This is just a bug that should be resolved soon.
