Port Begging Thread

This is a thread where we port beg. It'd be better to say games that are possible to be ported,but hell,if you want Mario on PS4 it's cool too.

And it'd be great for people to correct others why this port can never happen or is already coming.

I want :

Sunset Overdrive on PS4

In to the Breach on PS4

Cave Story on PS4

Octapath traveler on PS4

GRIS on PS4

I mean, if you even have a minorly capable PC, you can play all those games. No begging needed.

I want these games to come to Xbox One:

- Death Stranding

- Spider-Man

- Dragon Quest XI

- Persona 5

- Nioh

- Bloodborne

And PC gamers have the nerve to bitch about having to open another launcher. Console gamers have to spend hundreds of dollars to play movie and racing games.

I would like to see the following ported to PC:

• Horizon: Zero Dawn (and all future installments in the series)

Hmmm. That's about all I can really think of.

I’m kinda fine with my Xbox offerings. They excel in genres I like such as multiplayer, shooters, and racers. If I bought a ps4 my library would be empty as I don’t care for movie games, most single player games, or japanese games. If I bought a Switch I’d probably only buy Mario Odyssey. So I guess Mario for Xbox - but that’s really it. Sue me, I like my X1X and I don’t have much use for the other brand offerings.

I thought and thought of which games i would want to be in my prefered platforms (PS4 & PC) but after some remasters releases especially Tales of Vesperia I'm kinda ok with all the options i have; maybe an updated version of Xenoblade Chronicles X.

• Demon's Souls and Bloodborne on PC because their native platforms can't do them justice.
• Factorio on Switch for touch screen and portability

CrossCode and Slay The Spire are already coming to Switch. Everything else is already on PC.

Here's some games which I'd like to see come to the Switch someday (I'll try and keep it kinda realistic).

- Rare Replay, with all the missing Nintendo 64 games added.

- Persona 5.

- Xcom 2.

- Ori and the Blind Forest/Will of the Wisps.

- Shenmue 1+2.

- Yakuza 0.

- Metal Gear HD collection.

- Age of Empires: Definitive Edition.

Death Stranding is a very strong 2nd party game using Decima Engine designed by Sony's 1st party Guerrilla so the chances are slim to none.

Spider-Man is also a no since Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man games and Insomniac works very closely with Sony. Sony even treat it like a 1st party game.

Sony owns Bloodborne IP.

It is a flagship Sony 1st party game so no chance.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is a Nintendo 1st party game afaik.

Demon's Souls and Bloodborne IP is owned by Sony and is a 1st party game. Very Unlikely.

With MS and Nintendo working so close together and the release of Cuphead, I'd say Rare Replay and Ori are very possible.

I know, but that game would be bigger on PS4 or PC. In PC would be way too awesome for the amount of mods that can be created.

Persona 5 The Royal on PC and switch.

And all the subsequent Personas and SMTs while we're at it.

Handsome Jack Collection on Switch

Bioshock Trilogy on Switch

Fallout 3/ NV on Switch (or remasters on PC)

Phantasy Star Online 2 localized for PC

Final Fantasy Tactics advanced 2 on Switch

Castlvania Portrait of Ruin/ Order of Ecclesia on Switch

The next 2 are already happening:

Heavy Rain / Beyond 2S / Detroit on PC

Halo Mcc on PC

At first I thought there is nothing I could possibly beg for....

Fatal Frame 4 and 5 - PC

Skate 2-3 - PC

Metoid Prime Trilogy for Switch.
Metroid: Samus Returns for Switch.
Maybe Paper Mario: TTYD for Switch, if Nintendo is gonna continue **** the series up.
Bloodborne for PC.

I want a Makai Kingdom port / remaster so bad. Remaster it for the PS4 with trophies and maybe some more stuff. Bring it to the PC. Maybe even add in the japan only PSP stuff in as well. I need more Makai Kingdom in my life

OMG I've played Phantom Brave and played a bit of Makai Kingdom and loved it, but I think the random world generation turned me off Makai Kingdom.

I'm surprised someone has even heard of this game. These games make Disgaea series look mainstream.

• God of War 4 from PS4
• Horizon: Zero Dawn from PS4
• Rare Replay from Xbox One

Eh, no biggie. PC has the best versions of Dark Souls series and Sekiro. It's just a shame we'll never see Bloodborne running with better performance. A perfectly good game is going to waste on hardware that can't run it properly.

@mandzilla Good one. With Nintendo and Microsoft playing nice, I didn't think about the possibility of Diddy Kong Racing finally getting a port.

Also for me, I hope that new Mechwarrior game comes out to consoles.

I was hoping the Phantom Brave PC release would lead to La Pucelle, Makai Kingdom, and Soul Nomad but probably won't get that lucky.

Meh. I suppose it would be nice to see Horizon: Zero Dawn on PC. It's the only console exclusive game right now that gives me any inkling of temptation to buy a console for.

Not really begging, just a nice hypothetical. I'm quite casual about my gaming these days.

Goldeneye, (wishful thinking) Diddy Kong Racing, DKC 1/2/3, DK64, & Star Fox Adventures all by Rare. Now I will pre-order it in a heartbeat for the Switch edition!!!

Why port beg so many games for the PS4?

I thought PS4 had all the games this gen, or at least that's how cows love to hype having the best library.

If anything they should bring the Goldeneye 007 remake from the Wii over to the Switch and have it HD. That game is shockingly underrated.

You can't not mention Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark or Conker's Bad Fur Day when talking about Rare. With Cuphead coming out on Switch, I feel like these IP's coming back to a Nintendo console is more possible than ever now.

I'll trade you Rare Replay and Ori on Switch for a BotW on X1X?

Diddy Kong Racing was never owned by Microsoft in the first place, so I'm not sure why you'd think there was never a possibility for that one. Nintendo owns Diddy Kong Racing, and they already brought it to the Nintendo DS during the times when the ideas of bringing Banjo, Perfect Dark and Conker back to Nintendo was an impossibility.

When Microsoft purchased Rare, they did not purchase every asset of the company. Nintendo still owned a portion of the IP's.

Halo MCC for Switch.

Demon's Souls for Switch, or any platform for that matter.

Love the Rare Replay on Switch idea.

Demon's Souls simply will never happen outside a Playstation console. I do remember how glorious it was back in the day playing Demon's Souls on the PS3 at the peak of its online activity. That was one of the great gaming experiences I've had.

I'd like for someone to make Nintendo port all their main switch titles to the wii U so that Nintendo never again tries to use their console as an over-glorified beta test for their next console.

Actually though I'd be happy if Nintendo just allowed you to download or order Pokemon shield and sword for the Wii U. Still since I'll probably buy the switch at some point anyway, I guess it's a moot wish.

Yes but they can't do just do a simple upscaled port, and call it a day(like what almost all the games on Rare Replay are). That DS port had to be modified to remove Banjo and Conker from the game.

Also, if Persona 5 ever comes out on the Switch, I'll give it a try.
