Activision has updated the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare FAQ to confirm that the game's Legacy, Legacy Pro, and Digital Deluxe editions will take up around 130 GB of hard drive space.

However, this is a "high-end estimate," Activision explained. It covers Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare Remastered, day-one updates, and multiplayer maps coming out before December 31, 2016. As announced previously, Modern Warfare Remastered will launch with 10 multiplayer maps, while the remaining six will come out in December.

It remains to be seen what the file size is for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare alone. By comparison, last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops III weighed in at 58.61 GB.

The 130 GB file size emerged recently when it was spotted on the game's box found at a French retailer. The box also showed logos for Certain Affinity, Beenox, and High Moon Studios, alongside Infinity Ward (Infinite Warfare lead developer) and Raven Software (Modern Warfare Remastered lead developer).

What level of involvement Certain Affinity, Beenox, and High Moon Studios had in the development of Infinite Warfare and/or Modern Warfare Remastered is unknown.

Modern Warfare Remastered's campaign is playable right now for PS4 players who preordered one of the premium versions of Infinite Warfare, on a disc or digitally.

Infinite Warfare launches on November 4 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The only way to get the Call of Duty 4 remaster is to buy one of the premium versions of Infinite Warfare, for now at least. For more on Modern Warfare Remastered, check out GameSpot's playthrough video above.
