Alerts are broken again

Ive had several forum replies to my comments, but the bell remains grey...

Of all the issues on this site, this is actually the one that happens somewhat regularly (1-2 times a year) and is annoying.

Same here. I actually have to go back to the topics I’ve posted in just to see if anybody has responded to me.

Yeah, this has been pretty annoying.

They're working for me, maybe it is an account setting? Try turning it off, save, and then turn it back on and then save again.

It's been like a month since my last notifications, and who knows how many messages to me I’ve missed. I’m continuing to stumble on them.

@dabear: @MirkoS77: a mod responded in a different thread (it just sort of came up) that the higher ups have been notified, but they don't expect a fix until the end of December or sometime in January.

But they are aware, allegedly.
