What's the one song you listen to the most when your down? You know that one song that always seems to describe excatly how your feeling no matter what situation you find yourself in.

Mine because I'm a girl and angry chick music gets me everytime is Limp by Fiona Apple. What's yours?

What is this soul thing? :? If I'm down, I'll sit down and listen to some Sentenced. Despair-Ridden Hearts, We Are But Falling Leaves, A Long Way To Nowhere usually works just fine! But just about any awesome music will do just fine to cheer me up.

Just music in general for me. Sometimes I just turn the music up, turn the monitor off, and lie back i bed. My form of meditation I guess :).
