Yup, the text says "yikes" but she says "whoa". Maybe a dubbing error?

That's a good point. That's something that has always bothered me about games in recent years. Sure you can have freedom and control over a lot of things such as camera, etc but that doesn't always mean you should or that it's best. Structure can be great and at times depending on the type of game is needed and/or desired. That's exactly what this Sonic game seems to offer and I have a pretty good feeling it will be all the better because things are structured if not restrictive.
