a story driven game that lacked a decent story

Me and my brother did our very best to get through this game but failed miserably not because of lack of skill but because playing this game genuinely felt like a waste of life. the gameplay wasn't all that great, the s... Read Full Review

A co-op adventure that is absolutely worth experiencing.

I'll openly admit that I totally missed out on this game when it came out back in 2018. Hell, I don't even think I knew a thing about the gameplay of "A Way Out" for the longest time; all I really knew of the game was it... Read Full Review

A true co-op experience with a lot of clever ideas.

If you've ever wondered what it would take to break out of prison A Way Out will give you the chance to do just that. What at first seems like a videogame adaption of the Shawshank Redemption turns out to offer quite a ... Read Full Review

Its both more and less of what you want.

A Way Out is a co-op game which you cannot play solo at all. That line should tell you that the game has elements in it which would rely on the input of a human user for its success and that it has in spades. The biggest... Read Full Review

    Derivative prison break movie (game?)

Extremely derivative. Built on a terrible novelty. 3 minutes tps battle at the end decides the outcome of the story. Is that what story-driven means?Looks like they were just doing a montage of homages to different movie... Read Full Review

split screen games are not dead

when A Way Out was announced at E3 of 2017 at the EA conference, it called for a lot of attention, a game that was compulsory Co-Op and the best, could play on screen divinity where it was very common, and currently is p... Read Full Review

    Great COOP game

Essential co-op game if you have a really good friend and you love co-op games where you have to work together and solve puzzles. The game takes you on a journey as 2 prisoners. Take your time. Muck around. Muck aroun... Read Full Review

    Absolutely Terrible

The fact the description of this game says "action" is an insult to action games. This game moves at a glacial pace, there is nothing good about this game at all. The only gameplay for the first 3 hours seems to be press... Read Full Review

It innovates, but it feels like a PS2 game

The bond between the protagonists is weird. They barely know each other to trust enough, and are suddenly easily escaping the prison together. Also, how likely would it be for 2 prisoners who hate the same man to be cell... Read Full Review
