A very solid JRPG that shouldnt be judged by its cover. You've got to play to believe!
I am a so-so fan of RPG's. I dont love or hate them. I just consider myself to be super super picky about them. But I always give them a try even if they may not look like my cup of tea. I occasionaly get surprised on ho... Read Full Review

Blue dragon is underated by gamespot as usual
Blue dragon is one of the best JRPGS you could buy its well over 100 hours and deserved a higher rating than what gamespot gave it since they seem to hate EVERY JRPG that comes out.To start of with the worlds are beautif... Read Full Review

I went into this game expecting to have fun
Blue dragon is one of those games that's has a amazing box art cover which leads you to believe that it can deliver exactly what you want, but did it? I have had my eyes on this game ever since the begin, and have had al... Read Full Review

Blue Dragon is a very generic RPG that fails to develop its characters or story.
Blue Dragon is an RPG that could have been great. Its developers have a pedigree that not many games can match, but this does not automatically make a great game. One of the biggest problems I found in the game is th... Read Full Review

A great JRPG that was unfortunately underrated by both critics and consumers. If you like the genre check it out.
Having played through the Asian version of the game (Japanese voice acting, English text), I am happy to say that this game lives up to its pedigree. Quite simply this is the best Japanese console RPG to be released in 2... Read Full Review

A great old school style RPG although I admit that the 360's audience is a bit too "new-age" for this.
Old school gamers such as myself have had a large amount of RPG gameplay. Back in the late 80's - early 90's, alot of the games that us men played were full of cutesy characters and cheesy plots. So all these "negatives"... Read Full Review

Pretty good RPG on 360 from 2007. Worth your time once you're done with the PS2's RPGs.
But that last sentence is more of an entendre since there are a LOT more better RPGs on PS2 to play than this. But do not get me wrong because Blue Dragon is one of the few RPGs on 360 that are somewhat worth playing. ... Read Full Review

Blue Dragon both annoys and pleases in equal amounts - and be prepared to work for your achievements!
JRPGs may not be my strong side, in fact apart from a few PS1 titles i played some years back on a borrowed console, I haven't really played any of them 'till I got my own Xbox360. But even without any in-depth knowledge... Read Full Review

While Blue Dragon has its faults, it's still a quality jrpg. Hardly taxing but still a fair amount of fun.
Blue Dragon has been slated in some quarters for various issues, sparse and repetitive settings, childish heroes, an iffy scrip, overly easy game play and some painful voice acting. All these things are true. Blue Dragon... Read Full Review

Blue Dragon brings the classic RPG back into current gen.
I've heard a lot of mediocre scores for Blue Dragon. After playing, I see it being above as a mediocre game. Sure it's pretty generic and straight down classic turn-by-turn fighting. But that's what makes RPG, well RPG. ... Read Full Review
