With immersive gameplay and a long lifespan, this game will draw you in, provided you have the time.
Let me begin by saying this: I'm 100 hours into this game and I've only just scratched the surface. This game will take your free time and shoot it to death with arrows after stabbing it with a rusty dagger. Though it's ... Read Full Review

Freakishly addictive game filled with glory, blood, and a pissed off wife...
There is a time of capping dudes in gta, there's a time of commanding armies in total war, but there is also a time where you ride infront of your men and show them how it's done... This game is the greatest addictive ga... Read Full Review

Well this game is Def a step up from the original M&B, with the multi-player and all that
While there are some improvement in the game from the original not enough for me to go from a 7.0 M&B to a 7.5 M&B warband. Between the 2 games I've probably got well over 250 hours of gameplay in. I like the styl... Read Full Review

This game is somewhat 'inaccessible'
Overall, Mount and Blade: Warband was a pretty interesting game. It had certain mechanics that I liked, a neat free roam system, and a somewhat fun formula involving your own group of men. The 'open story' approach was a... Read Full Review

With Multiplayer and new features, this is certainly a upgrade over the Original.
The Mount and Blade games are an acquired taste. Many players will simply turn the games down for lack of story or poor graphics, to open ended or perhaps it takes to much time to get into, the list is long. This however... Read Full Review

Can't compare with big budget productions, but this is one great Indie game.
I've owned Mount and Blade the original since it's beta days, during .751. Back then, no one could ask much from a small indie company, but as success grew however, expectations became raised, especially with the expansi... Read Full Review

This game is an RPG the likes of which you've never seen, but it's just too real to be really fun.
Mount & Blade: Warband is an expansion to Mount & Blade. This game lets you create your own character and explore a HUGE, HUGE map. Gameplay: The greatest feature of this game is the battles. The battles are very real... Read Full Review

After the learning curve you appreciate it more and more. And great potential for future games based on this.
The game isnt without flaws but given the budget Taleworlds probably have in respect to other developers its incredble how well the game plays. Mount and Blade is literally a Medieval Sandbox experience unlike current... Read Full Review

Enjoyable but lack of improvements on first makes it feel more like an update than a sequel
When it comes down to it. There is a great chance you will enjoy this game. The combat system may take a bit of getting used to but, is actually rather intuitive once you catch on. One thing to keep in mind is that bl... Read Full Review
