Great game, one of the best in the franchise I think (I like sims)
In the past years, the Need for Speed series has taken a turn for the worse with flop titles such as ProStreet and Undercover. But with the newest installment in the series (new as in Sept. 2009...), EA has brought the f... Read Full Review

With a G25 you can see the potential... and feel the failure. Especially with a clutch setting that just doesn't work.
Hopefully this'll help anyone that has a decent steering wheel setup and refuses to go back to gamepad/keyboard in car games. Here's how it breaks down. Shift has everything "in place" to be a great racing sim... but... Read Full Review

Where's the cops? Where's the free roam? Where's the fun?
What a waste of $60 When you think NFS, you think pimped out cars, big rims, neon, vinyls, tinted windows, rival gangs, intense cop chases, and free roam around the city. Well say goodbye to all of that. Are you... Read Full Review

While not perfect by any stretch, there's a lot of racing fun to be had here, and enough variety to keep it interesting.
Let me start by saying NFS Shift is a truly fun game, if you give it a chance. However giving it a chance is going to require a little patience on your part. The game starts you out basically tossing you into the dee... Read Full Review

The Need For Speed franchise seemed to forget its roots when it made the jump to the PlayStation 2. Movies like The Fast and The Furious were what the youngins were into when Underground came out, and thanks to that, the... Read Full Review

One must appreciate the reality of this game...to offset the difficulty of playing it.
NFS: Shift is revolutionary. Why? Well its the first in the NFS series that i've seen that actually takes the reality and the seriousness of racing to a respectable level. That is, instead of braking and turning, you ... Read Full Review

Great addition to the NFS (PSP) collection with just one major flaw......
As a fan of NFS I was looking forward to this title and initial impressions were positive. It has a nice arcade feel to it without being over the top. A good selection of cars, tracks and race modes and the only thing la... Read Full Review
