Beginning plane swim
As soon as the plane crashes in the water you can swim to the front of the ship. If you stay there and swim over time your physical strength will go up. I just put a rubber band on the controller and let time build up my pysical strength. The glitch is your character does not loose any strength over time and also does not need water, air, food, anything. Just let it build up then start the game with an edge. Fun game
