Super Mario Maker 2 Cheats For Nintendo Switch

1. Super Speed while Editing a Course

   If you hold Y while moving the camera when you edit a course, it'll bring your character to your cursor and move across the course faster than normal. If you use two sticks to move however, you'll go twice as fast, making it easier to move across bigger courses you make.

3. Unlock New Power-Ups in Course Maker

   Some of the game's power-ups can only be unlocked through completing tasks in Story Mode. Perform the following tasks to be able to place these items in the Course Maker:

   Unlockable
   Complete the job " Meowser Showdown!" and view the credits.	Builder Hammer (3D World Style Only)
   Complete the job " Spiny Shell Smashers" from the Purple Toad, then hit the middle ? Block in the row of three on the map.	Super Ball Flower (SMB1 Style Only)

4. Story Mode Unlockables

   You can unlock some features on the story mode map.

5. Hidden Day and Night Option

   This trick can unlock more options and weird effects on the Course Maker. On any Game Style (except 3D World), find and place the "Angry Sun" (the wheel with Bowser and Bowser Jr.) anywhere, then hold the A Button or touch hold the Angry Sun until you see the option to change the "Angry Sun" to the "Moon". Once you unlock the ability, go to the Course Theme and you'll see a sun or moon dangling on a wire next to the courses and tap it to switch formats.
   
   Note: It won't show on the Super Mario 3D World extra game style.
