Once you start in a normal fixed world, find and use innertube (or similar item) and head south from the island you start on. you will find a new island with a hole and some presents. Fall in hole to find Level 0

North Pole Hidden Level
After collecting all the ship parts and arriving in Funkotron, explore the left side of the map to find a regular bush on an island in the water. When you shake it, it will drop an item that will take you to the North Pole which will grants you with starting items on your next playthrough.
